BOTANIQ Castle of Tura has received an international tourism recognition for the second time within a year: after being awarded with the Booking.com Traveller Review Awards 2021 prize in January, it has now won the “Best European Castle Hotel 2021” award during the International Travel Awards competition.

Following its comprehensive exterior and interior renovation, BOTANIQ Castle of Tura has opened its doors to the public in its restored original glory.

Built in 1883 by the plans of architect Gyula Bukovics, the Castle of Tura is a unique gem in Hungary.

The wall paintings of BOTANIQ Castle of Tura were painted by Róbert Scholtz, who also made the decorative painting of the Opera House.

Up to HUF 4.5 billion is to be spent on the renewal of the Schossberger Castle of Tura by the first quarter of 2019 as the investment of BDPST Zrt.
